Larry Campbell founded the Echs Endowment Fund to provide financial support and other important
service to at risk students. He serves as President and Board Chairman and manages the strategic
direction and growth of the fund. Larry retired from Verizon Communication in 2002 after a 23 year
career.

Ronald W. Bailey PHD Vice President & Director
Ronald W. Bailey is a Co-founder of the Echs Endowment Fund and oversees support startegies for
our scholars and manages long range planning. Dr. Bailey recently has been a visiting Professor of
Africana Studies and History at Savannah State University and was previously a visiting distinguished
Professor of History at Georgia Southern University.

Sarah M. Hunt MSE Treasurer/Secretary & Director
Sarah M. Hunt is a co-founder of the Echs Endowment Fund and serve as its Secretary and
Treasurer. Sarah is a retired educator from the Evans County and Bibb County School Systems.
